Mark Lemley Presents at INTA Annual Meeting

The International Trademark Association held its 133rd annual meeting May 14th – 18th in San Francisco.  Mark Lemley presented at multiple events, including an In-House Practitioners Workshop on Sunday, May 14th.  Mark was the luncheon keynote speaker for the workshop, which also included a presentation on trademarks in Latin America and a presentation on trademarks and the media. 

Mark presented a second time at the INTA Annual Meeting, this time at the panel “Functionality: Not Just for Plaintiffs Anymore?”  The all-academic panel included Mark, Dan L. Burk of the University of California, Irvine School of Law and Eric Goldman of Santa Clara University School of Law.
