Mark Lemley Participates on Panel at CTIC Conference

Mark Lemley presented at the Intellectual Property and Common Law Conference held by the Center for Technology, Innovation and Competition on May 6th.  Mark’s speech discussed the fractioning of patent law and his presentation was part of the panel “The Role of Courts in Intellectual Property Lawmaking.”  The Center for Technology, Innovation and Competition promotes research that shapes the way legislators, regulatory authorities, and scholars think about technology policy.
