Joe Gratz speaks at the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology today, presenting at Boalt Hall on “Fair Use in the Real World:  Lessons from Litigation.”  Joe returns to Berkeley to speak with current students on some of the “highest-profile and some of the lowest-profile fair use cases” he’s litigated in recent years, including the Google Books case, the Beastie Boys “Girls” case, and “a dispute nobody’s ever heard of between scholars of 17th-century Spanish literature.
