Durie Tangri Speaker Series: A Consumer Decision-Making Model of Trademark Law

Mark McKenna spoke at Durie Tangri's Speaker Series with a presentation on a consumer decision-making model of trademark law.  Mr. McKenna is a law professor at Notre Dame Law School and has written numerous articles on trademark law.  Last semester, he was a visiting professor at Stanford Law School, where he taught courses on trademark law and advanced topics in unfair competition.  For more information on Mr. McKenna, please click here.
