Daralyn Durie spoke at the Bar Association of San Francisco’s “Evidence 2.0: Admitting evidence at trial in the digital age.”  Daralyn was joined by the Honorable Elizabeth Laporte, the Honorable Curtis Karnow, and Jessica Grant, a partner at Sher Leff LLP.  The program was moderated by Tony Schoenberg of Farella Braun + Martel LLP and covered the following topics:
