Henry’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation. He began his legal career as an associate at Jenner & Block LLP, where he served on multiple trial teams and represented clients in the aerospace, manufacturing, and financial services sectors. He also represented pro bono clients in civil rights and fair housing litigation, and won asylum for a refugee in Immigration Court.
Henry was a Chick Evans Scholar at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. There, he was a research assistant to Professor David Oppenheimer, he participated in the Workers’ Rights Disability Law Clinic and the Veterans Law Practicum, and he was a Supervising Editor and Publishing Editor of the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Goodwin Liu of the Supreme Court of California.
In his free time, Henry enjoys travel, rock climbing, chugging coffee, and seeing live music and comedy.
