Lemley Speaks at Patent Institutions Summit

Mark Lemley will speak at Stanford Law School’s Patent Institutions Summit: Bringing Together the PTO, Federal Circuit, District Courts, and the ITC.  Mark will also moderate two panels, The ITC/District Court Interface and The Federal Circuit/District Court Interface.  Keynote speakers will be PTO director David Kappos, Federal Circuit Judge Katherine O’Malley, and FJC Director Jeremy Fogel.
