Mark Lemley Wins IP Vanguard Award From State Bar of California

Durie Tangri partner Mark Lemley has won a 2009 Intellectual Property Institute Vanguard Award from the State Bar of California.  Mark was one of four legal professionals honored for spearheading new developments in the world of intellectual property.  The inaugural IP Vanguard Awards were presented during a special awards dinner at the IP Institute, the flagship event of the IP Law Section, held November 12-14, 2009 at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point.
