Mark Lemley Presents at the USC Gould School of Law 2012 Intellectual Property Institute

Mark Lemley was a featured speaker at this year’s USC Gould School of Law’s Intellectual Property Institute. The event was held on March 15, 2012 and featured national speakers on cutting edge patent, copyright and trademark issues. Federal Circuit Chief Judge Randall Rader gave a lunch keynote speech on his perspective of the relationship between the Supreme Court and the Federal Circuit and a a panel of experts (including a former U.S. Solicitor General and a former Deputy Solicitor General) discussed the Supreme Court's impact on IP law and the Federal Circuit. Mark, along with Professors Nimmer and McCarthy, presented the IP Year in Review.
